Careers

Slow, serious work on things that matter for decades.

We are a small company of researchers, engineers, and designers who build software and hardware in the same room. There is no demo culture here, and no rush. There is a high bar, long horizons, and the quiet satisfaction of tools that hold up.

01

Small teams, whole problems

Three to five people own a product end to end — the model, the object, the interface, the study that proves it works.

02

Both worlds, one room

Hardware and software are built together, by the same team. If your work has only ever lived in a browser, you will learn to solder.

03

Publishing, not pitching

We share what we learn — including retired prototypes and negative results. Your work is judged by whether it holds up, not how it demos.

04

The long test

Every project answers one question: is the person more able when the tool is put away? Careers here are built the same way.
